No it is not included. Our clients coordinate providing their own F&B for their events. We can help coordinate ordering or private chefs at an additional cost. For more on what’s included in the price, please see packages for details.
If there’s a chance of rain on your date, you have several options! You can change or reschedule your date to another day/time. Or you can move your event indoors. Cancellation policy will be observed should you choose to cancel your event entirely.
If your event is cancelled within 2 weeks of your event date, a 50 percent refund will be issued.
Booking deposits are 50 percent of the total cost And are non refundable.
Cancellation policy is outlined within all contracts and there are several exceptions on a case by case basis.
If we are forced to cancel your event, a full refund will be issued to you.
In the summer we work mainly within the Hamptons area & Long Island occasionally we work in Manhattan. There are specific beaches we set up at in each area of the Hamptons (Montauk, East Hampton, Bridghampton and Southampton), We will help you choose a beach location that is nearest to you and most logistically able place for our team to set up and abide within the town and beach rules. Some clients choose to do their picnics in their home, property or backyard which we are able to do as well.
We have two private event settings and partner in Manhattan to host at 8 different private venues, and in addition have a 30 acre ocean front property on the Gold Coast of Long Island in Oyster Bay cove, which can host up to 300 guests indoor and outdoors.
